Turnaround
Smiths England will deliver your order to the delivery address you selected when you placed your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact us immediately by email or telephone. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, including the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. Our delivery time varies from 1 to 3 days. While we make every effort to deliver your order in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of the non-availability of any goods you order, we offer a full refund.
Please Note: On some occasions, for example, during public holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Currency & Receipt
We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED for purchases on our website. COD options are also available. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an invoice in your email.

We use different local and own carriers to deliver the orders.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Delivery Fees: AED 18 for all of the UAE. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide not to proceed.
